3. Vehicle Rental Agreement

When you rent a vehicle through our platform, you enter into a rental agreement with the vehicle owner. You are responsible for:

• Returning the vehicle on time
• Maintaining the vehicle in good condition
• Refueling the vehicle before return
• Following all traffic laws and regulations
• Paying rental fees and any applicable damages

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay rental fees as specified in your booking. Payment must be made through the app using valid payment methods. Late fees and cancellation fees may apply according to our pricing policy.

5. Liability and Damages

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by your negligence or misuse. Vehicle owners and the platform are not liable for personal injury or property damage during vehicle use.

6. Insurance

All vehicles are insured according to our insurance policy. However, you may be liable for damages depending on the cause and your actions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

• Driving under the influence
• Using the vehicle for commercial purposes without authorization
• Allowing unauthorized users to drive the vehicle
• Smoking or damaging the interior

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that vehicles are suitable for your purposes or free from defects.
